Apart from the monetary contributions, there was a large group of volunteers who worked with us to see the successful completion of the project. First of all we must thank Udaya (USA) and Mr. Bandara (Udawatta group - Sri Lanka) for initiating this project and staying with us till the end. Mr. vidanagamage, the Director of the Udawatta group of companies for his unbridled support in providing a work hub for the project and all the hospitability of his staff.

Mr. Liyanasekara, as the president of the “Wellwishers Lanka Association” looked after the legal matters and did most of the coordination between the school authorities and us. Major. Ruwan Gunathilaka (of the Sri Lanka Armed forces) was a great asset to us in providing multitude of services along the development and execution of the project. Also Udara (EngageLanka.org) and Duminda (USA) for worthwhile suggestions and contributions. Miss Gayani Herath for helping with the preparation of gift items.

The proprietor of Seetha Stores and Dress point (Pilimatalawa) for providing the uniform materials at cost. Finally we should mention our families and especially the support given in various ways by our close relatives. This is by no means an exhaustive list of people who contributed but a snapshot of those who played a key role in the project.
