This web site is dedicated to the efforts rendered by some kind hearted people in the hour of great dissaster when the unimaginable tsunami struck the island of Sri Lanka.

On the morning of 26th of December 2004 the giant waves wreck havoc not only in the costal areas of Sri Lanka but many countries in the region. Thousands of families lost their loved ones and belongings. What followed was one of the greatest humanitarian efforts world has ever seen. In this, few with big hearts decided to show their empathy in a more personal way and thus this little project was born. In a way it became an internatinal project with friends from various parts of the world pouring their support and encouragement. Today we can look back and feel proud of what we have achieved and on the other hand it is now time to move forward...
